Our History
Bircher Build Limited was established in 2015 in the North Herefordshire village of Bircher. With over 25 years of building experience, brothers Jake and Vinnie Garibbo began laying the foundations for what the business has become today.

As a team we are City and Guilds trained and are approved by the Federation of Master Builders. We also hold the trust mark of government endorsed quality.
Schedule
We are aware that any works of this kind to your property can be a big step. Whether this is your first project or even if you have had work done before, it can be a daunting process. We would be on hand at all times to walk you through it and can offer full management of your project if you require.

Job Description
The house was a 2 bed, rural cottage that lacked internal space in comparison to the surroundings. Nigel and Fiona initially requested a single storey extension, this would have extended their lounge, creating the space they lacked.
After we drew up the first designs, they asked to explore the possibility of adding an additional bedroom upstairs. We went back and drew up some more designs including the bedroom, always having the customers budget in mind. After the planning was approved, we set to work putting our plans into production.
Job Description
The existing room lacked space. We came to the decision to pull the ceiling out to create a mezzanine floor with build in wardrobes, bookcase along with a beautiful staircase. The Tudor window was the focal point of the room and we wanted to preserve such a historical part of the house.

The existing conservatory was old and leaking and it lacked space. The customer came to me with the idea of making a more suitable, lounging area. The customer was after a brick and block structure but also to retain the light, this was for heating and for comfort. The customer was also looking for a more open feel of a conservatory.
After the initial consultation we took their requirements on board. We were able to come back with several different options of build style and roof shape. Working with the customer we found the most suitable solution that the customer liked.
