Architectural Services

We offer drawing services to put the wheels in motion.

A key element to starting any project is the ability to visualise the end goal. Drawing plans provide a concise, graphic representation of what is to be built. They are essential in the building process to ensure a smooth execution of the work on site, they can also assist in the gaining of planning permission. Making decisions regarding your home can be a complicated process, our construction knowledge and artistic license, combined with your vision can create innovative designs that are functional and appealing.

All our services can be accessed individually; however, we recognise how vital it is that your builder understands the plans for your project. Due to this we work under the principle that if we provide our architectural services as well as a quotation for the construction work, if the price on the quote suits you, then the drawings are included within that.

New Builds

Building your own home is a once in a lifetime opportunity for many of us.

We offer all the elements of building your house from the ground up, allowing you to design the house of your dreams without lifting a finger.

Our Working Process

Consultation

Our initial consultation consists of a site visit to meet with clients and discuss their project. This give us the opportunity to see the space, take measurements and talk through what the end goal is.

We aim to use this initial meeting to build a good relationship with all new clients to give any new
project the best start.

Proposal

Following our visit, we head to the drawing board and put together a chronological list of the build process, allowing us to plan an estimate of the expected timescale and which materials will be required. This information is combined into the quotation before being presented to the client, we can use this quote to present any points that need further discussion. Mutual understanding is essential in ensuring a successful working relationship.

Build

Once the quotation has been agreed and the contract is signed, we move onto the fun part. Our team of tradesmen have a vast wealth of knowledge and skill that ensure each stage of the build is executed correctly and efficiently. As the project progresses, we maintain constant contact with our
clients and have regular site meetings so that everyone is kept up to date.

Inspection

Whether it be by building control, the client or us (normally all three) final inspection is vital, it
ensures the build meets all regulations and that the customer is satisfied. A completion certificate confirms the construction completed is safe and up to standard whilst also retaining or increasing
value for potential resale in the future. There is no better feeling than the pride you get when you
look at a project knowing you’ve been there since the initial idea.

Extensions

Making additions to your home can be the most cost-effective way to add value to your property.

Value can be added to a property in more than one way, either by increasing the price of your home or simply providing you more freedom and happiness within your home.

Once you have let us know what you have in mind and if you require planning permission, we can offer our drawing services to put the wheels into motion. We are mindful that everyone has a budget and will work with you to ensure you get the very best result whilst staying within that budget. Everything is achievable with the correct amount of though and planning.

Restoration

We enjoy bringing life back to old properties, even giving life to derelict agricultural buildings.

Restorations are where we like to think we excel. There is so much potential in restoration, we can restore the original quirks and characteristics back into a property, bringing those to the forefront, whilst retaining usable space.

Car ports and garages may not be an option for everyone, but if you are going to do it, do it right.

We are proud to offer one of our more luxury bespoke services, designed specifically for you and your vehicles. All of our oak-framed structures are cut and fitted on site, whether you have an idea in mind or want to pick one of our designs, we will create the ideal structure for you.

Built-in Wardrobes

We can create beautiful, built to fit wardrobes to suit any space in your house. Built in wardrobes are a great addition to help you save space, hide those awkward alcoves or make use of any dead spaces.
